Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi Skilled Finisher to support domestic Air Source Heat Pump installations across Newark, Lincoln, Grantham and surrounding areas. This role involves finishing works, brickwork, plastering, and site readiness to ensure high quality outcomes.

You will work with installation teams, interpret drawings, maintain safety and housekeeping, and contribute to project timelines. A background in general building and a pride in quality workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in bricklaying, plastering and finishing works.
• Ability to interpret drawings and site instructions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete brickwork and make good around heat pump installations.
• Carry out plaster repairs and patching after install.
• Prepare and lay slab bases where required.
• Build boxing to conceal exposed pipework and services.
• Install loft boards for safe access to components.
• Collaborate with heating engineers to keep projects on track.
• Maintain high workmanship, housekeeping and safety.
• Identify and report issues affecting quality or progress.
• Ensure work aligns with building regs and safety rules.
