Job summary

Manheim Vehicle Services, part of Cox Automotive, is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Facilities and Site Maintenance Technician to keep the Wyton site safe, efficient and well-presented.

You’ll be responsible for general building, electrical and plumbing maintenance, plus HVAC, planned and reactive maintenance, and safety checks, liaising with contractors and keeping records up to date.

This is a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) at Wyton, offering a competitive salary of £31,944.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Multi-Skilled Facilities and Site Maintenance Technician to help keep our busy automotive site safe, efficient and looking it’s best.

You will be responsible for general building, electrical and plumbing maintenance - ensuring our site stays in top condition every day.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is genuinely multi-skilled and confident working across different areas of maintenance. You don't need to be an expert in every trade, but you should have solid experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance, with the practical ability to diagnose problems and get things fixed.

You’ll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable working independently, with a “get stuck in and find a solution” attitude.
