Main Responsibilities

Part of the maintenance team ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities through routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Perform regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify issues and ensure proper functioning.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and management.
• Liaise with service providers and engineers.
• Produce service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Upload documents and create actions as directed.
• Complete works within designated timescales.
• Procure goods and services as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and parts.
• Participate in training to enhance technical skills.
