Job summary

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance and reactive activity to a wide range of Mechanical Building Services equipment.
• Inspect and perform reactive maintenance within your levels of competency.
• Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, heating systems, tiling, flooring, painting, and patch works; carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and PPMs.
• Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.

Multi Skilled Fabric/Mechanical Engineer

Role: Multi Skilled Fabric/Mechanical Engineer Hours: 40 hrs/weekLocation: Bristol, BS34 7QW

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with Mechanical & Fabric experience who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.

Role Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance and reactive activity, to a wide range of Mechanical Building Services equipment including but not limited to heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units and BMS systems and other equipment found in modern commercial/industrial premises.
• Undertake within your levels of competency inspection and reactive activity to a wide range of mechanical maintenance.
• Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, heating systems, tiling, flooring, painting, and patch works.Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition & use of IT systems (Handheld device) as part of the CAFM system.
