Job summary

Invictus Group on Bond Street, London is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to deliver planned preventive and reactive maintenance at a high-end commercial site. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and exceptional client service, with clear opportunities for overtime and progression.

You will work with FCUs, AHUs, pumps and valves, while supporting nearby sites and expanding your skills with BMS and lighting controls.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualifications.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background.
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance.
• Confidence using CAFM systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A professional, smart and presentable appearance.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• A flexible attitude, including occasional early starts or late finishes.
• Availability to undertake overtime during evenings and weekends when required.
• A willingness to learn new systems and continually develop your technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and repair plant including FCUs, AHUs, Pumps, Valves and general mechanical plant.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Accurately update and manage tasks using a CAFM system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support engineers across nearby sites in Mayfair and Belgravia when required.
• Learn and work with additional building systems, including BMS and lighting controls.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
