Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance professional to deliver planned and reactive M&E and building fabric maintenance on a Monday–Friday 08:00–16:30 schedule. You will complete service sheets, manage contractor performance, and support overall service delivery, safety, and compliance on site.

The role requires an NVQ or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Services, a valid UK driving licence, and IT proficiency including Excel. CSCS and First Aid knowledge are desirable assets.

• Current, valid driving licence.
• NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services with proven maintenance experience.
• Sound knowledge of safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are followed.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of First Aid.
• IT literate – basic Excel & Microsoft products.

About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday 0800-1630

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems
• Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
• Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
• To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
• Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered, safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

Essential Hiring Criteria:

• Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
