Job summary
Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller is seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and drive continuous improvement across the site. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance to restore equipment quickly and safely.
The role requires electrical (HNC) and mechanical skills, experience in manufacturing maintenance, and opportunities for long-term career development, with 4 on 4 off rotating shifts (7AM-7PM / 7PM-7AM).
Qualifications
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
- HNC in Electrical Engineering preferred (or Mechanical with electrical competence).
- Experience in automation and CI tools is a plus.
- Proven maintenance background in a manufacturing environment.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification desirable.
Responsibilities
- Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
- Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical skills.
- Perform preventative, condition-based, and corrective maintenance.
- Support continuous improvement and FMEA activities.
- Identify and implement asset and process improvements.
