JOB INFORMATION -Multi-skilled Engineer

• Our client have secured a prestigious new site inSouthall and are seeking a professional, multi-skilled engineer to be based full time on this site.
• This is initially a 1 man site, we are looking for a Lead Engineer to build and nurture the relationship with the client and ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner
• The position is a site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPMs including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site along with some mechanical and HVAC maintenance.

• Our client is a family business with healthy client retention and excellent service levels. Specialising in technical facilities services mostly with high end apartment blocks and offices across Surrey and SW London.
• Operating a team of both site based and mobile engineers

CANDIDATE INFORMATION Multi-skilled Engineer

• The ideal candidate will have experience of working on electrical/mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge ofemergency lighting, fire alarms, electrical compliance and reactive maintenance.
• HVAC/mechanical/electrical and building services knowledge would be advantage-ious
• Experience and knowledge of PPMs and site compliance
• Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional trainingwould be offered to the right person.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature. This site is high end so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping.
