Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Evesham is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to fault-find and repair mechanical/electrical systems. You will perform planned maintenance and ensure corrective actions are logged accurately in the CMM system, contributing to high engineering standards and a proactive safety culture.

Ideal candidates will have multi-skilled maintenance experience, an electrical bias, strong teamwork, and a proven ability to deliver precise reporting with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Electrical bias is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and fault-finding Mechanical/ Electrical breakdowns.
• Performing PPMs and repairs methodically and efficiently to the highest engineering standards.
• Ensure all respective corrective actions are carried out and recorded on CMM System
• Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail with good analytical and reporting skills.
• Always demonstrate a first-class work ethic.
• To build and develop first class relationships with all site functions.

To provide; a professional and logical approach to engineering support, high quality workmanship, a dynamic approach to operational requirements, operate in a safe and timely manner on a day-to-day basis. To practice and maintain high standards and awareness of health and safety.

Your Duties Will Include:
