Job summary

CV Technical is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) in Dunstable to join a market-leading company. The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance to ensure production continuity, with progression and development opportunities and a supportive engineering team.

Based in Dunstable, the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday on a day shift, with potential additional hours as required. This is a stable, secure role within a well-regarded operation.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in industrial environments.
• Electrical qualifications desirable.
• Familiar with PLC systems is advantageous.
• Experience with conveyors, sensors, drives and inverters is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Reactive & PPM maintenance to production equipment.
• Handle machine breakdowns and rapid fault diagnosis.
• Support PLC fault finding and control panel tasks.
• Work with sensors, drives, relays and inverter systems.
• Work with conveyors, bearings, belts and chains to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all health and safety on site.

You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation.
