Job summary

Warburtons in Bellshill is seeking a technically strong Multi-Skilled Engineer (electrically biased with mechanical skills) to join our 24/7 high-speed food manufacturing site. The role focuses on proactive maintenance and continuous improvement to keep lines running at peak performance.

You'll work on Planned Preventative Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and Condition-Based Monitoring, delivering long-term fixes and system upgrades while sharing in profit-related bonuses and ongoing

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Experience with condition-based monitoring (thermal imaging, ultrasound, vibration analysis) is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Utilise Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) techniques.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and energy-efficiency projects.
