Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Aston Clinton is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will maintain production equipment across a range of machinery, focusing on reducing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

The role covers planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs, with a mechanical bias and exposure to electrical fault-finding.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience with a mechanical bias.
• Experience working within any manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification.
• Hands-on experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating days and nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment to minimise downtime and ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Aston Clinton. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their technical skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs across a range of manufacturing machinery. The role will involve both mechanical and electrical fault-finding, with a strong emphasis on mechanical engineering.
