Multi Skilled Electrician

Location: Ashington (base location)

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £38,225 per annum (inclusive of April 2025 pay award)
OTE £43,000 p/a (including standby)

Closing Date: Friday 23rd May 2025, 5pm

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department within our Ashington maintenance teams. You will be responsible for undertaking electrical repairs and multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties, maintaining high standards and delivering excellent customer service.

About you:

• Flexible approach and experience in domestic and commercial property maintenance
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and promote Bernicia's work
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
• Sound technical knowledge of your trade and the wider building sector
• NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate as an Electrician, 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection
• Full driving license
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
