Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Multi-skilled Electrical Engineer to maintain critical national infrastructure at Heathrow Airport Control Tower Building. The role covers LV distribution, generators, UPS, lighting, HVAC, fire and intruder systems, water hygiene, and site infrastructure.

You will also supervise contractors, interact with clients during visits, report defects, and provide on-site updates. A full, clean driving licence and willingness to join the on-call rota are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance/FM experience.
• Electrical AP experience.
• Health & Safety knowledge.
• Willingness to participate in On-Call Rota when required.
• Full, clean driving license for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LV distribution systems.
• Maintain generator and fuel systems.
• Inspect and service UPS and batteries.
• Maintain lighting and emergency lighting for safety and compliance.
• Maintain HVAC systems for efficient operation.
• Service fire and intruder alarm systems.
• Ensure water hygiene compliance.
• Test lightning protection systems.
• General building and site infrastructure maintenance.
• Supervise contractors and liaise with clients during service visits.
