Job summary

EnerMech is seeking an Advanced Scaffolder/Rigger for a 3/3 offshore rotation in the North Sea. This permanent role focuses on scaffolding maintenance, lift operations, and safety compliance to deliver reliable offshore support.

Candidates should hold CISRS Advanced Scaffolder and Level 3 Rigger certificates, with Banksman/Slinger and BOSIET/MIST as preferred qualifications. Offshore experience is essential.

Qualifications

• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder certificate required or equivalent.
• Level 3 Rigger certification is essential.
• Banksman/Slinger ticket plus BOSIET/MIST advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scaffolding and oversee construction and fabric maintenance.
• Carry out weekly scaffold inspections and update registers.
• Ensure rigging/erection work complies with LOLER and safety standards.
• Understand Lift Plans and perform risk assessments for safe execution.
• Apply required safety controls to complete the work scope.

The Role and Responsibilities

An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen within our Cranes and Lifting department for an Advanced Scaffolder/Rigger/Deck Crew. The role will be to work on a 3/3 rotation based in the North Sea. The opportunity is to work on a new contract with promising longevity.

Duties will include;

• Maintain scaffolding and to oversee all aspects of construction & fabric maintenance
• Carry out weekly scaffold inspections & record keeping updating registers
• Ensure at all times that all rigging / erection work is completed, in compliance with LOLER regulations and to a high standard of safety
• Understand Lift Plans
• Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner

The Role and Responsibilities

To be successful for the position it is essential you hold a CISRS Advanced Scaffolder and Level 3 Rigger certificates. Ideally you will also hold a Banksman/Slinger ticket as well.

You will have previous offshore experience and hold valid BOSIET/MIST certificates.

It is preferred but not essential if you also hold all or some of the following certification; ERT, HERTL, HLO, Fire Team Leader.
