Qualifications

• Certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is required.
• Experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across UK estate.
• Monitor condition of buildings and undertake repairs and renovations.
• Assist in planning for refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

M&E systems experience

Manual skills

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Full, Clean Driving License
