Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking experienced Roofers to join our Responsive Repairs team covering Louth and surrounding Lincolnshire areas. You will maintain and repair properties, perform patch repairs and refurbishments, and install or replace roofs.

Youll need significant roofing experience, a driving licence, and be comfortable working in customers homes. A DBS check is required, and there may be opportunities to work out-of-hours on a rota.

• You must be able to work alone, and as part of a team
• Experience of working for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council
• Strong customer service skills
• Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
• As you will be working within Customers homes this role requires a DBS check

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair properties, perform patch repairs and refurbishments
• Install and replace roofs
• Tile and slate, felting roofs, flat roofs, ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, pointing, rainwater gutters and downpipes
• Deliver good customer service while working in customers houses

Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!

Have you got the right tools for the job?

We're looking for experienced and multi skilled Roofers to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering Louth and the surrounding Lincolnshire areas.

What could you be doing?

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of ourproperties, you'll be completing patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver:

• Tile and slate
• Felting roofs
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and down pipes

We want somebody who can:

A team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills.You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.

This role is for a team based in East Lincolnshire you will need to live in this area.
