Calling All Multi-Skill Trades in Leicester and Market Harborough!

Platform Property Care has various Multi-Skill Trades opportunities for experienced Multi-Skill operatives based in Leicestershire to join our Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes.

As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these roles:

• Multi-Skill Trades Bricklayer - £31,000
• Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter - £31,000
• Multi-Skill Trades Plumber - £31,000 - £34,000, depending on experience & qualifications (we prefer Unvented for the higher salary)

What could you be doing?

Working in our Responsive Repairs team, you will ensure our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard.

You will excel in providing excellent customer service, keeping jobs on track, and ensuring work is completed to specifications and right the first time.

The role is diverse, with no two days the same! It's challenging, and our expectations are high. In return, you’ll have the support of a great team!

What we need from you

• Experience in delivering Multi-Trade work
• For the Carpenter role: qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 & locksmith experience preferred
• For the Plumber role: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing; qualified to work on unvented systems for the higher salary
• For the Bricklayer role: qualified to at least NVQ Level 2; repairs and social housing experience preferred
• Good organisational skills and experience in keeping jobs on track
• Drive to complete work efficiently and correctly the first time
• A full driving licence is essential; a van with fuel card is provided
• Role involves working within customers' homes, requiring a DBS check

You will also earn additional income from being part of the out-of-hours rota, as required for this role.

This role is based in Leicester and Market Harborough; you should live nearby or in these areas.
