Calling All Multi-Skill Trades in Leicester and Market Harborough!

Platform Property Care has various Multi-Skill Trades opportunities for experienced Multi Skill operatives based in Leicestershire to join our Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes.

As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these required roles:

• Multi-Skill Trades Bricklayer - £31,
• Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter - £31,
• Multi-Skill Trades Plumber - £31, - £34, depending on experience & qualifications (we would want Unvented to obtain the higher salary)

What could you be doing?

Working in our Responsive Repairs team, you will be ensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track, and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec, and right first time.

The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you’ll have the support of a great team!

Some things we need from you

• Experience of delivering Multi Trade work,
• For Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 & Locksmith experience is also preferred
• For Multi-Skill Trades Plumber you will have NVQ L2 Plumbing - plus qualified to work on unvented for the higher salary
• For Multi-Skill Trades Bricklayer you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 with repairs and social housing experience preferred
• You will have good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track
• And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time
• A full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role; a van with fuel card is provided
• As you will be working within Customers' homes, this role requires a DBS check.

You will also earn additional from being part of the out of hours’ rota as this is required for this role.

This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Leicester and Market Harborough.
