Job summary

Platform Property Care seeks a Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join the Responsive Repairs team covering Market Harborough, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. Plumbing focus with multi-trade capability, delivering repairs in customers' homes to high standards.

You will be part of a supportive team, with a role that is mobile, requiring a full UK driving licence and DBS clearance. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ L2 Plumbing is essential.
• Experience as a Plumber in the building trade or as a multi-skilled Plumber.
• Experience with a Social Landlord, housing association or council delivering multi-trade repairs.
• Desirable: carpentry, plaster patching, decorating and wall tiling qualifications.
• Good IT skills and experience using PDA, Microsoft and Outlook.

Platform Property Care are looking for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join our talented Responsive Repairs team covering Market Harborough, Northamptonshire, and the surrounding areas to help us ensure our customer's homes are maintained to a high-quality standard.

You will be a Multi Skill Trades Operative and plumbing will be your focus, but experience in other trades is essential, as you will be delivering Multi Trade repairs within a responsive repairs environment.

The role is varied. No two days will be the same and you will meet a wide range of customers along the way. It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you'll have the support of a great team.

There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota, which is required.

This role is for a team covering repairs in Market Harborough, Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas so you will need to live here.
