Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or multi-site leader in large-format retail.
• Accountability for multi-million-pound sales and full store P&L.
• Leadership of large teams including managers and specialists.
• Strong employee relations and people management experience.
• Proven ability to drive commercial growth and implement improvements.
• Experience building engaged teams and positive workplace cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across regional teams.
• Track record of identifying opportunities, solving problems, and delivering results.
