TK Maxx is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Horsham Superstore, a large-format operation combining TK Maxx and Homesense under one roof. You will lead multi-brand teams across departments, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will balance the needs of two brands within a single location, develop future leaders, manage employee relations, and partner with regional stakeholders to influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven senior retail leadership in large-format or multi-site environments.
• Experience managing multiple operations, brands, or departments.
• Accountability for sales turnover and store P&L.
