Job summary

TK Maxx in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our St Andrews Square store and supporting stores in the City of Edinburgh area. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence across a multi-million-pound retail business.

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Store Manager to support our Edinburgh stores based out of St Andrews Square.

This opportunity will suit a proven retail leader from a large-format or big-box retail environment who thrives on developing high-performing teams, driving commercial results, and influencing business performance at both store and regional level.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the operational and commercial success of a multi-million-pound retail business. Leading large scale teams of associates and managers, you'll create an inclusive, welcoming, and engaging environment where colleagues can perform at their best and customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve performance, driving sales growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional people outcomes. Working closely with your District Manager and regional stakeholders, you'll use data, insight, and strong influencing skills to shape decisions that positively impact the wider business.

• Regional / multi site or Store Manager experience within a large-scale, high-volume retail environment.
• Accountability for multi-million-pound sales turnover.
• Leadership of large teams including support management teams.
• Strong Employee Relations and people management experience.
• Proven ability to drive commercial growth and deliver sustainable business improvements.
• Experience building highly engaged teams and creating positive workplace cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively across regional leadership teams.
• A track record of identifying opportunities, solving problems, and delivering results through others.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
