Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is hiring a Mobile Contract Manager - Soft Services to lead delivery of cleaning, security, waste management and related services across Kilsyth and central Scotland. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with frequent travel between sites.

You will manage operational delivery, safety, compliance, and commercial performance, building strong client relationships while guiding teams across several contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple soft services contracts within FM.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, security, waste management and other soft FM services.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness with budget management experience.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and people management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first class cleaning service, maximise efficiencies, performance and turnover.
• Produce performance reports against contractual and strategic KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of soft services across locations.
• Ensure services meet contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits and compliance reviews.
• Develop and implement service improvement plans.
• Respond to operational issues, emergencies and escalations.
• Manage a diverse team across multiple accounts/locations.
• Review supply chain partners to meet service needs.
• Explore procurement methods to improve service delivery.
