Job summary

Mary Rose Academy, part of Solent Academies Trust in Portsmouth, is seeking a proactive Site Assistant to join the Site Team. The role involves supporting the use and upkeep of school premises and facilities to ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained environment for students and staff.

You will work across our academies within the Trust, with a full UK driving licence essential. Training will be provided, and there is a strong emphasis on teamwork and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to work across multiple academies within the Trust.
• Hands-on approach to safety, security, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the use of school premises and facilities for educational and allied use.
• Ensure premises are clean, secure, safe and well-maintained at all times.
• Work flexibly across campuses and follow Health & Safety policies.
