Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Business Support Manager (BSM) to oversee operations across Worcester and surrounding areas. The role involves managing multiple sites, guiding Chef Managers, and stepping into kitchens when required to ensure service quality.

You will lead teams, monitor profitability, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent food and service across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing at least four sites and guiding Chef Managers.
• Hands-on kitchen involvement when needed.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise and stay organised.
