Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is seeking a Business Support Manager to cover Kidderminster, Worcester and surrounding areas. You will work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a car allowance and potential bonus.

The role focuses on supporting site operations across multiple locations and strengthening client partnerships. You will lead Chef Managers, monitor restaurant profit contribution, and ensure high standards of food quality and service while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing at least four sites and guiding Chef Managers.
• Hands-on kitchen involvement when needed.
• Strong communication across all levels, from kitchen to boardroom.

Responsibilities

• Manage, inspire, and engage teams.
• Understand, track, and drive restaurant profit contribution while maintaining quality and service.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to feed more students with better food.
