Job summary

Storal is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to cover two nurseries, Forest Barn and The Learning Tree, CM13 3JP and RM1 2QP. This full-time role offers up to £16 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) with a welcome bonus of £1000.

You will work across multiple settings, plan activities, support children’s development, and apply the Storal curriculum daily. Travel within the Winchester area is expected.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3.
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.
• Have a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Be willing to travel within the Winchester area.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple nurseries to provide day-to-day cover and support.
• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy to daily practice.
• Seek learning opportunities in everyday routines such as meals and transitions.
• Bond with children and their families through meaningful interactions.
