Keystone Group, IG Masonry Support, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead manufacturing and operational function across multiple sites, with responsibility for production, transport, people, processes, quality, safety and continuous improvement. You will develop and deliver the operations strategy, aligning resources with growth and long‑term objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in manufacturing/production.
• Proven track record across multi-site or multi-shift operations.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, automation and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational strategy to support objectives and growth.
• Lead manufacturing and transport operations across multiple sites and shifts.
• Oversee end-to-end production to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and develop Production and Transport Management teams.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs driving improvements in productivity, quality and cost.
• Maintain responsibility for safety, environmental, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and waste reduction.
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and investment while identifying cost savings.
