Job description

My client owns 3 small independent Opticians based in Sheffield (Darnall, London Road, and Tinsley) and is seeking a multi-site manager to lead the teams.

About the Role

• Manage a small group of 3 independent Opticians in Sheffield
• Work across all 3 practices as the Group Lead
• Assist the Director in growing the practices
• Team management and training
• Rota management
• Set and manage KPIs
• Contribute ideas and strategies for growth
• Stock management and selection
• Work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (9am to 5:30pm)

Requirements

• Recent experience working within Opticians
• Ideally a qualified Dispensing Optician with management experience
• Experienced Optical Managers will also be considered
• Calm, confident, and comfortable when communicating with patients
• High level of customer care
• Interest in eyewear brands
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
