Job description

My client owns 3 small independent Opticians based in Sheffield (Darnall, London Road and Tinsley) and they are looking for a multi-site manager to lead the teams.

Multi Site Manager - Role

1. Small group of 3 independent Opticians in Sheffield
2. Working between all 3 practices as the Group lead
3. Helping the Director to grow the practices
4. Team management and training
5. Rota management
6. KPI setting and management
7. Inputting new ideas and strategies for growth
8. Stock management and selection
9. Working 5 days a week including some Saturdays (9am to 5.30pm)
10. Salary between £35,000 to £40,000

Multi Site Manager - Requirements

1. Recent experience working within Opticians
2. Ideally a qualified Dispensing Optician with management experience
3. Experienced Optical Managers will also be considered
4. Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients
5. Maintain the high level of customer care expected by patients of the practices
6. Interest in eyewear brands
7. Excellent customer service skills
8. Ability to learn and want to develop
