My client owns 3 small independent Opticians based in Sheffield (Darnall, London Road, and Tinsley) and is seeking a multi-site manager to lead the teams.

About the Role

• Manage three independent Optician practices in Sheffield.
• Work across all three locations as the Group Lead.
• Assist the Director in growing the practices.
• Oversee team management and training.
• Manage staff rotas and set KPIs.
• Implement new ideas and strategies for growth.
• Handle stock management and selection.
• Work five days a week, including some Saturdays (9am to 5.30pm).
• Salary: £35,000 to £40,000.

Requirements

• Recent experience working within Opticians.
• Ideally, a qualified Dispensing Optician with management experience.
• Experienced Optical Managers will also be considered.
• Must be calm, confident, and professional when interacting with patients.
• Maintain high standards of customer care.
• Interest in eyewear brands.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
