Job summary

H9 Talent Solutions is recruiting a Site Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of two sites in the Newcastle/Northumberland area. A practical, adaptable maintenance professional is sought, capable of fault-finding and learning new skills.

The role covers planned maintenance, reactive repairs and upkeep across building services and equipment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site maintenance or facilities, with a flexible approach to a varied workload and the ability to

Qualifications

Experience in site maintenance, facilities maintenance or building services.
Broad practical skills with tools to investigate and resolve problems.
Flexible attitude and can handle varied workload.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
Full UK driving licence to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs and general site upkeep.
Investigate faults and complete repairs within your skills and training.
Support maintenance across building services, fixtures, fittings and related equipment.
Assist with installation, replacement and improvement works.
Work with colleagues and specialist contractors as required.
Complete maintenance records and follow site health and safety procedures; cover both sites as needed.
