Job summary
Staffline is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple retail stores with planned and reactive maintenance. You will perform fabric repairs, joinery, painting, basic plumbing and housekeeping tasks to keep stores in good order. A full UK driving licence and multi-trade FM experience are essential.
The role offers pension and staff discounts, with a focus on safe working practices and timely completion of tasks across sites in and around High Wycombe.
Qualifications
- NVQ/City & Guilds in a relevant trade.
- Multi-trade FM/retail/public buildings experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out minor fabric and housekeeping repairs.
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance within timescales.
- Respond to Helpdesk requests and escalate when needed.
