Olympus Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee a portfolio of 15 sites in the Luton area. This role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership to manage a team of engineers, drive compliance and ensure sites are maintained to high standards.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate contractors, plan workloads and ensure deadlines are met while travelling between sites with a full UK driving licence.

Competenze

• Strong background in building maintenance, facilities management or general trades.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
• Relevant technical qualification in building maintenance, engineering or a related trade.
• Good understanding of health and safety and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of fire safety and Legionella would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across 15 sites.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers.
