Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial landscaping projects and routine grounds maintenance across multiple sites in the UK.

You will translate client briefs into actionable plans, steer operational teams and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with COSHH, RAMS and PPE standards while maintaining strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in UK landscaping, facilities or grounds maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and communicate clearly.
• Experience with health and safety compliance and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Translating client briefs into project plans, managing budgets, directing operational teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Plan and execute hard and soft landscaping projects, managing the full lifecycle from initial brief to handover.
• Lead and develop site supervisors, operational teams, and subcontractors; monitor performance against programme.
• Track project budgets, prepare tenders, quote for additional works, and monitor profitability.
• Ensure all site activities comply with UK safety legislation (e.g., COSHH, RAMS, PPE).
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
