About the Role

Are you passionate about promoting a safe and healthy work environment? We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Multi-Site Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our sites comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) assistance and advice to enable the site(s) to comply with relevant statutory legislation.
2. Meet annual SHE objectives, assessed via the performance management system.
3. Coordinate and assist with SHE initiatives at the sites, ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
4. Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of SHE policies, ensuring staff are informed and engaged.
5. Support the SHE function in delivering the SHE business plan.

Candidate Requirements

• NEBOSH qualification is a minimum requirement.
• Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Transport experience or knowledge is key to this role.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in a high-paced retail environment is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation.
