About the Role

Are you passionate about promoting a safe and healthy work environment? We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Multi-Site Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our sites comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) assistance and advice to ensure site compliance with relevant legislation.
2. Meet annual SHE objectives, evaluated via the performance management system.
3. Coordinate and assist with SHE initiatives at the sites, ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
4. Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating SHE policies, ensuring staff are informed and engaged.
5. Support the SHE function in delivering the SHE business plan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum NEBOSH qualification.
• Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Transport experience or knowledge is essential.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in a high-paced retail environment is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation.
