Job summary

GXO is seeking a Network HR Assistant to provide end-to-end HR support across multiple unionised sites. The role covers contracts, variations, starters, leavers, right to work checks, references and probation tracking.

You will maintain GDPR-compliant HR records and help with recruitment, onboarding and reporting. CIPD Level 3 is desirable; flexible, part-time hours offer a balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR assistant or coordinator in a high‑volume environment.
• Knowledge of HR documentation, contracts, starters and leavers.
• Familiarity with GDPR and HR data handling.
• CIPD Level 3 is desirable; development support provided.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR assistance across multiple sites.
• Maintain HR systems and personnel files with GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Produce HR reports (headcount, starters/leavers, probation).
• First point of contact for HR admin queries.
