Job summary

Whitbread's Premier Inn brand is seeking a Multi-site Hotel Manager to oversee four hotels in the Faversham area, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent brand standards across all properties. You will lead hotel managers, shape daily operations, and uphold safety and service excellence with a focus on guest satisfaction.

This FTC role through February 2027 requires strong leadership, cross-site collaboration, and the ability to spot commercial opportunities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, high-profile business with hierarchy and matrix structure.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multiple business partners.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and people skills, able to build trust at all levels.
• Solid commercial awareness including P&L management and H&S compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Hotel Managers across 4 hotels to deliver service and results.
• Oversee daily operations in hotels, including bar and kitchen, to maintain brand standards.
• Drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities across the cluster.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotels.
• Develop and coach Hotel Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Support delivery of regional plans within Whitbread brand guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate our Hotel Managers across 4 hotels to ensure outstanding service, results and compliance

What You’ll Need

• Experience working in a complex/high profile business with hierarchy and matrix structure.
• Strong leadership skills and experience of working with multiple business partners.
• Experience in coaching and developing large successful teams to deliver business goals.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach to people and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels
• Strong commercial awareness, experience in P&L management and H&S compliance.
