Job summary

St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Premises Officer to maintain safe, secure and well-presented school environments across our academies. You will undertake site inspections, minor repairs, safety checks, supervise contractors and support energy efficiency while being available for out-of-hours call-outs.

This role supports teaching and learning by ensuring buildings and grounds meet required standards and are kept in good order.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance experience.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Site maintenance and repairs across academy buildings and grounds.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and report hazards.
• Estate management support including supervising contractors.
• Monitor energy use and promote sustainability.
• Support team with flexibility and cover across sites.
