CBRE in Edinburgh is looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to support maintenance of building engineering systems across multiple sites. This role focuses on low-voltage electrical distribution and ensuring compliance with BS7671 regulations.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, including a City & Guilds Level 3 technical certificate and sufficient practical experience in electrical installations.

Qualifications

• Skilled work requiring NVQ3 or equivalent technical training.
• Successful completion of specific CBRE training.
• Practical experience in electrical installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Undertake fault finding and repairs on electrical systems.
