Job summary

Talos Care Group in Bristol is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across several hospitality locations. This hands-on leadership role requires you to travel between sites and maintain high service standards wherever you work.

You will supervise rotas, supervise teams, monitor safety, stock, and financial performance, and report to senior management. A full UK driving licence and vehicle access are essential due to site-to-site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or catering.
• A full, valid UK driving licence is required for frequent site travel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Flexible, calm approach with confidence making decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each location is staffed, compliant, and running smoothly.
• Travel regularly between sites and manage rota coverage, escalations, and customer service issues.
• Lead, coach, and motivate site teams to deliver high service standards.
• Monitor stock, health and safety compliance, and financial performance at each site and report to senior management.
• Act as the key contact for duty management cover, including evenings and weekends on a rota.

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Site Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across several of our hospitality locations in and around Bristol. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travelling between sites, and can maintain consistently high standards of service wherever they are working.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each location is fully staffed, compliant, and running smoothly.
• Travelling regularly between sites, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating site teams, stepping in to manage rotas, escalations, and customer service issues as they arise.
• Monitoring stock, health and safety compliance, and financial performance at each site, reporting into senior management.
• Acting as the key point of contact for duty management cover, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or catering.
• A full, valid UK driving licence, as this role requires regular travel between multiple sites.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise across competing demands.
