Job summary

Margaret Dabbs London is seeking a Compliance & Facilities Manager to oversee governance, health & safety, and facilities across our growing network of clinics. This hands-on role sits between Head Office and clinics, building strong relationships with teams, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will coordinate compliance, property, risk management, and contractor oversight while maintaining exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Compliance, Facilities Management, Operations, Health & Safety.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, beauty or regulated environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UK compliance and health & safety legislation.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and maintenance programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Split between clinics and Head Office with a hands-on operations focus.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving across sites.
• Coordinate contractor management, risk, and maintenance programmes.
• Build relationships with teams and drive governance.
