Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and mentor teams across several Bristol-area sites. The role includes hands-on cleaning support, quality checks, and ensuring safety and COSHH compliance.

Requirements include prior cleaning supervision experience, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to travel between sites. DBS clearance is mandatory; English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning supervision or leadership.
• Holder of a valid UK driving licence.
• Able to commute across multiple sites.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• Able to follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Basic English communication; first language not required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks.
• Providing hands-on cleaning support and cover as needed.
• Managing cleaning stock, materials and equipment.
• Ensuring health and safety and COSHH compliance.
• Building strong relationships with site contacts.
