Impact Food Group is seeking a Central Support Chef to step into a broader, multi-site role across the Leeds area. You will support with training and developing onsite chefs, cover across sites, and play a key part in new site mobilisations.

Role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle; working days are Monday to Friday with 45 hours per week. £35,000 per annum plus mileage expenses and benefits.

Competenze

• Experience as Chef Manager, preferably in education or multi-site catering.
• Ability to train and develop onsite catering teams.
• Strong leadership, organisation and resilience across several sites.

Mansioni

• Cover chef manager absences across sites and provide hands-on kitchen support when needed.
• Assist with training and development of onsite catering teams.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and maintain high food quality and compliance.
