Job summary

Achieve together in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced multi-site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compassionate care and regulatory compliance across homes.

You will lead and develop staff, manage budgets, and work with stakeholders to deliver person-centred services that enable people we support to live meaningful lives. If you have proven management experience and hold a Level 5 qualification (or are willing to complete it), we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have Level 5 qualification or willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW Fundamental Standards.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and develop staff team.
• Oversee finances and budgeting.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Carry out admin tasks related to the role.
• Ensure service delivery is person-centered, accessible, flexible, and reliable.
