Protyre Autocare, part of The Micheldever Group, is seeking an experienced Area Manager for the South West Central UK region. You will lead Centre Managers across multiple sites, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer experiences through a strong operations and people development focus.

Ideal candidate will have a proven multi-site automotive/fast-fit background, a full UK driving licence, and a track record of delivering profitability and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple centres in automotive/fast-fit sector.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop managers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop Centre Managers and teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Ensure each centre is fully resourced and operates to high standards of professionalism and customer experience.
• Create and execute structured business plans to exceed financial targets and profitability.
• Analyse sales data, management accounts and market trends to identify growth opportunities and reduce costs.
• Champion health and safety compliance and proactive risk management across all centres.
• Oversee audits, stock management and adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with Centre Managers to implement local marketing and maximise engagement.
• Recruit and develop high-performing teams and manage succession planning.
• Promote HR policies and internal controls and maintain a positive workplace culture.
