Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Multi drop Van Driver in St Albans for a well-established client. You will drive company vans on waste and recycling routes, load and unload bins, and perform daily vehicle checks. Monday to Friday shifts start at 07:00 with a guaranteed 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Category B driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months of driving experience with Category B vehicles.
• No more than six penalty points on licence (minor infringements only).
• Good knowledge of the UK road network.
• Ability to speak and read a good level of English.
• Excellent punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely on designated waste and recycling collection routes with company vans.
• Load, collect, and empty commercial waste bins and containers.
• Perform daily walk-around vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Use mobile devices and in-cab technology to update routes and collections.

Skills

Valid UK Category B licence

12 months experience driving

No more than 6 penalty points

UK road network knowledge

English reading and speaking
