Job summary

Travis Perkins is seeking a friendly and hardworking Multi-drop Van Driver/Customer Service Assistant. You will work on the front line with customers in-branch and on deliveries, delivering orders on time and safely while upholding the company’s Cornerstones.

You will need a Cat B licence (up to 3.5t) for at least 12 months, with a focus on exceptional customer service, health and safety awareness, and a quick ability to learn in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Valid Cat B licence (up to 3.5t) held for at least 12 months.
• Ability to learn quickly and work safely in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-drop orders from the branch to local customers, both in-branch and off-site.
• Maintain high service standards by being helpful and friendly with customers.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and in good condition, with safe unloading and loading.
• Follow stay safe policies and procedures at all times.
